Since 2008, chocolate-obsessed Kane and Rosie Dijkman have made bean-to bar chocolates as part of the American Craft Chocolate Movement, under the mentorship of Sunita de Torreil of the Chocolate Garage in Palo Alto, CA. We began small, at home, cobbling together a miniature factory to delight our friends and family and share with other craft chocolate enthusiasts at the Chocolate Garage. For over a decade, we dreamed of expanding our hobby into a business, and today, we were able to make our dream come true of sharing our chocolate with you!
